We offer Pan-India shipping through our courier and logistics partners.

Therefore, the overall estimated timeline from placing an order to delivery is generally 5–9 business days.

10. Returns & Exchanges

For damage claims:

The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
A clear and continuous unboxing video is compulsory.
The video should show the sealed package before opening, the opening of the package and the condition of the product.
The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging.

Size Exchange

Eligible size exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

A ₹150 exchange charge applies, covering the return of the original product and delivery of the replacement product.

Returns are not accepted simply because a customer changes their mind or does not like the design after receiving it.
